They live in our home (as have all the others over the past 25 years)---receiving much love/attention and socializing to touch/handling, human voices, TV, activity, etc. Although these dogs are bred to herd, they also make wonderful companions and loving family members. Our's is a 'closed' property to prevent the spread of canine pathogens (Parvo lives in the ground for up to 7 years...never had a problem and don't want one !)
