| Overview: | The Polish Lowland Sheepdog is related to the Old English Sheepdog and has been used for working. They were nearly extinct after World War II, but have been brought back. The breed is an excellent worker and pet. |

| Coat: | It is doubled coated. The entire body is covered with a long, dense, shaggy, thick coat that is reasonably straight. The undercoat is soft and dense. Characteristically long hanging hair covers the eyes. |

| Temperament: | Polish Lowland Sheepdogs love children and will get along with other pets. |
| Care: | The coat needs a lot of care. They need to be brushed daily to avoid matting. Bathe as needed. |
| Training: | Polish Lowland Sheepdogs need firm training. They have a strong will and can be stubborn, but won't respond to harsh training. |
| Activity: | This breed needs plenty of exercise. Without a large yard, they need to be walked daily. |
