MASTADOR'S - We cross breed Labrador Retrievers with Old English Mastiffs and give you the Nicest, Smartest, Largest, Gentlest, Sweet puppy you will ever own. Great with kids, we have had 3 used as service dogs. We have had our dogs used as a companion dog for soldiers with PTSD and with the wounded warrior project as for a child with Epilepsy and another as a companion dog for a child with Autism. One of our last litter is serving on the mission field in a small village in very rural Alaska (fly in only). Our dogs are all hand raised in our home with constant human interaction so they consider humans to be a part of their pack or possibly they think they are part of the human pack. Sweet disposition yet very intelligent. Our dogs have been bred for their brains. They should top out between 125-155 for females and 145-175 or larger for males. Savage is a first generation 50/50 Mastador from the best Mastador Kennel in the USA "Covenant Farms". He has been our best dog ever and is my constant companion. He weighs between 145-165 depending on the season and whether or not we have females in heat. He is an amazing Apricot and throws all kinds of colors in his pups from light fawn and Apricot to dark brown and now brindle.

Magnum "Maggie" is the Dam of this litter and she is a pure bred CKC Old English Mastiff she is amazingly sweet and gentle with people and is a sweet dog. She is bright Apricot and again our 2 1/2 year old grandchild climbs all over our dogs without them batting an eye. She is VERY people oriented and loves people. We got her at 6 weeks old and 9#'s and I honestly wondered if we had done something wrong. She seemed so small I couldn't imagine she would grow to be an 185# female. She slept on my lap until she was 9 months old and she was just too big. This is a picture of her at about 9 months old. Needless to say she doesn't sleep in my lap anymore.

The Mastador is a cross between a purebred Mastiff and a purebred Labrador Retriever. They are called hybrid dogs due to their origination from two different pure breeds. The Mastador is a large dog that can stand from 28 to 36 inches and weigh anywhere between 100 to 200 pounds or more. These dogs are alert, cheerful, loyal and social. They are very strong dogs that have brown, expressive eyes and strong muscular legs. These dogs are suitable for families with older children as they get excited and may knock over small children by accident. These dogs are social and get along well with other dogs and pets. They are loyal and protective of their family and make very good companion dogs. They can fit into apartment life is sufficient exercise and running opportunities are provided although they would ideally need a house with a fenced yard.
