Posted Breed: Poodle (Toy) / Shih Tzu / Mixed (medium coat). I am Toby, a grumpy old man. I found myself at a shelter, a scary place. My owner moved out of the house when he was evicted and left me behind. My owner told Animal Control he let me fend for myself. So as you can guess, I do things my way. I have learned to be protective of myself. So you can assume that if you come to close to me I might try to bite you. I do not like being messed with. I have not had a great life over the years. I am 15 years old. I have a lot of bald areas. Right now I am being treated for two ear infections and a skin infection. The vet told my foster mom that we will just start to treat what needs to be done in baby steps. I am very overweight and the vet is trying to figure out why. I have a rattle in my lungs.
